Description

There is a homeless encampment at 11th and Pine st. that has a large fire that is producing a lot of smoke. The entire neighborhood smells like a toxic camp fire. I tried calling the non-emergency number since I don't believe a structure is on fire, but the I was kept on hold for over 10 minutes.
